The Semax + Selank Blend is a co-formulated intranasal research vehicle supplying 10 mg Semax and 10 mg Selank per bottle. Both peptides are synthetic heptapeptides widely used in preclinical neuropeptide research — Semax as an ACTH (4-10) analogue and Selank as a tuftsin analogue.
MECHANISM IN RESEARCH CONTEXT
Combines two well-characterised neuropeptide tool compounds reported in the literature to modulate BDNF/NGF expression (Semax) and GABAergic / monoaminergic signalling (Selank) in rodent CNS models.
